About the role

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Assistant / Pick Packer to join the Natures Fresh Produce Group team in Rocklea. This is an ongoing full-time opportunity, starting on a casual basis during an initial probationary period, with the intention of moving into permanent full-time employment following successful completion of probation. You'll be right at the heart of our fresh produce operation, helping make sure customer orders are picked accurately, packed with care and ready to head out on time.

What you'll be doing

· Pick, pack and prepare fresh produce orders accurately and efficiently for delivery

· Check orders carefully for accuracy, quality and presentation before they leave the warehouse

· Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, organised and ready for a busy day

· Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

· Pitch in with general warehouse duties and support the team wherever needed

· Follow workplace health, safety and food quality procedures at all times

What we're looking for

· Previous warehouse, picking, packing or similar hands-on experience is highly regarded

· A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy





· Good physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and move produce and cartons

· Reliability, a strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude

· Pride in keeping your work area clean, organised and running smoothly

· A forklift licence is preferred and will be looked on favourably, but is not essential

· An HR truck licence is a bonus, but is not required
