Supporting the deployment of critical visitor management systems, you will work within a versatile, high performing project team helping bring to life a contemporary facility focused on rehabilitation, cultural connection, education, and community safety. Flexible working arrangements are available with the position being based in the Brisbane CBD however visits to Woodford, Caboolture or other facilities may be required.

Situated in Woodford, Moreton Bay, the WYDC is well-connected to Brisbane and surrounding areas via major highways, making it accessible for families, staff and services, with minimal disruption to surrounding communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and delivery of hardware and software components of the visitor management system.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders to support implementation activities.
- Oversee user readiness, communications, training, and change management activities.
- Monitor project performance and provide executive reporting on progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Ensure deployments meet organisational standards, governance requirements, and business objectives.
