About You

You will bring substantial experience in strategic workforce planning, organisational development, workforce analytics and organisational effectiveness within a complex organisation. Confident working with workforce data, you can translate insights into practical strategies that support capability, leadership effectiveness, workforce resilience and organisational performance. Your strong research, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills will help you provide trusted advice, influence decision-making and lead organisation-wide workforce initiatives.

About the position

- Permanent full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD.
- Annual salary range of $128,155.76 - $144,499.17 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position

- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology, or other related field.




- Extensive experience in strategic workforce planning, organisational development, workforce analytics and/or organisational effectiveness in a complex organisational environment.
- Skilled certification with the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), or an equivalent internationally recognised HR professional certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) would be highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver organisational wide programs.
- Experience developing, implementing and evaluating workforce strategies.
- Alignment with Council's values.
