Reporting to the Head of Quality Systems and Improvement, the role will own the full lifecycle from design to implementation and lead the delivery of an improved feedback and complaints management approach.
You will work with specialists in NDIS & Disability, engage diverse stakeholders, and drive governance, risk management and compliance within a fast-paced setting.
