In this role, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our leisure centres and outdoor pools, ensuring a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers while supporting staff and maintaining high operational standards across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

- A collaborative team environment where you'll feel supported and connected.

- Provide leadership and operational oversight of leisure facilities when a Leisure Facilities Leader is not on duty, including supervising rostered staff.

- Ensure the safety, presentation, cleanliness and smooth operation of indoor and outdoor leisure facilities.

- Support customers through qualified service, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

What you need

- Certificate III or IV in Fitness
n

Please note that this role includes facility supervision responsibilities and is therefore only available to applicants aged 18 years and over.
