Job Description

Programmedis currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Worker for adhoc and irregular shifts in a cold storage setting, assisting with picking and packing milk products for distribution via truck fleets.

- Situated in Hexham

- Excellent rates with attractive penalties for shift work

- Cold work and Forklift Allowances paid

Roster & required Availability

n

n
- Varying number of shifts offered each week
n
- 8-hour shifts
n
- Must be available for DS, Early Mornings, AS and NS
n
- No set weekly roster (0–5 shifts per week)
n
- Availability required across 7 days, all hours, and at short notice
n

n

About the Role

n

n
- Forklift operation (LF licence essential)
n
- Manual handling and heavy lifting of loaded crates
n
- Working in a cold storage environment (below 0°C)
n
- Cold work and forklift allowances paid
n

n

About You

n

n
- Strong focus on safety and productivity
n
- Must be available across 7 days, all hours, at short notice
n




- Proven experience in a warehouse or process operation
n
- Current LF Forklift Licence with demonstrated recent experience
n
- Able to provide recent work referees
n
- Able to undergo and pass a medical assessment, functional assessment and D&A; testing
n
- Role would suit a semi-retired lifestyle
