IPN Medical Centres support the Australian community, operating over 140 Practices across the country and providing over 10 million patient consultations each year. IPN forms part of Sonic Healthcare, a leading global healthcare company headquartered in Australia.

About the role

IPN's Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and Doctors. Supportingthe successful running of the centre the role includes:

Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments

Document scanning and email management

Patient billing and payment collection

Working as part of ateam supporting the Practice Manager

Skills & experience

Medical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential)

Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes.

Ability to developqualityworking relationships and work in a busy team environment





Exceptional customer service,data entryand communication skills

Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills

Experience usingBest Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential)
