An exciting contract opportunity is available for an experienced People Advisor to support a significant workforce transformation and organisational change program.

This is a hands-on HR role suited to someone who is highly organised, confident working through sensitive employee matters and experienced in supporting leaders and employees through complex workforce change.

It is a contract role through to mid March 2027. It is a VPS 4 contract role.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate employee consultation processes, enquiries, actions and outcomes.
n
- Support redeployment, employee transition and workforce change activities.
n
- Maintain accurate employee impact data,



case records and workforce tracking.
n
- Prepare employee correspondence and documentation relating to workforce change.
n
- Coordinate separation processes, including applications, approvals and payroll liaison.
n
- Support restructure-related recruitment and candidate administration.
n
- Assist with grievances and workplace concerns arising during organisational change.

About You

n

n
- Experience in HR, employee relations, organisational change or workforce transformation.
n
- Experience coordinating consultation, redeployment, employee transition or workforce change activities.
n
- Solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support leaders and employees through complex and sensitive people matters.
n
- Confidence managing sensitive and confidential employee matters.
n
- Experience working within a complex organisational change environment will be highly regarded.
n
- Exposure to interpreting enterprise agreements or experience within the Victorian Public Sector will also be advantageous.
