We're looking for a passionate, people-first Sales Associate to join our retail team and bring the Papinelle experience to life on the shop floor. This role is for someone who genuinely loves connecting with customers - someone who listens, understands, and guides as well as sells. You'll be an ambassador for a brand that believes comfort and luxury should go hand in hand.

Key responsibilities

Actively guide customers to the perfect products, using your styling expertise and in-depth product knowledge

Deliver exceptional service that turns every interaction into a memorable experience

Maintain a beautifully presented, welcoming, and organised store setting

Assist with inventory management, product replenishment, and visual merchandising

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Collaborate with the wider retail team to support smooth store operations

About you

n

Experience in customer-facing retail or fashion roles

n

Strong fashion styling skills with a talent for closing sales

n

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
