About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established manufacturer with a modern production environment in Melbourne’s north. They focus on quality, consistency and meeting daily output targets through a team-first approach.

This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in doing things properly, and is confident working to deadlines. If you have experience in production, warehousing, textiles, or packing, you will feel at home here.

About the Role

- Support the production and fulfilment teams to hit daily targets
- Inspect finished products, identify defects, and complete basic rework
- Assist with sewing support tasks including tacking, trimming and finishing
- Build, roll, quality check and pack products for ecommerce orders
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and well organised

Skills and Experience

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packing or similar
- Strong attention to detail and quality checking confidence
- Physically fit for repetitive tasks, standing all shift, and lifting up to 23kg
- Reliable, team-oriented,



and comfortable in a fast-paced workplace

Pre-employment Requirements You’ll need to successfully:
