A design-led architecture studio with a well-established Melbourne base expanded into Sydney several years ago, and hasn't looked back. The practice delivers thoughtful, high-quality, wide-ranging work across Melbourne, Brisbane & Sydney, with social and affordable housing a genuine specialty, involving close, ongoing collaboration with clients, consultants, government stakeholders and delivery partners.

Following two new project wins and a healthy NSW pipeline, the Sydney studio is expanding, and the practice continues to deliver major work through its interstate studios. It's an agile, multi-city operation that pairs timeless design leadership with strong documentation resolution and dependable delivery across the varied project portfolio spanning single residential through to large mixed-use developments.

The opportunity

As Project Architect, you'll lead a small project team and own significant social housing projects, from design development through documentation and tender. You'll work closely with internal colleagues and external consultants to keep projects coordinated, technically sound, and delivered to a high standard.

This is a delivery role. Day-to-day, you'll be supporting a Principal to:

- Lead projects through design development,



construction documentation and tender
- Coordinate consultants and provide technical leadership (this is a large component of the role)
- Lead a small project team
- Manage project timelines and delivery milestones

What you'll bring

- Experience as a Project Architect
- Hands-on delivery experience, from design development through construction documentation locally on medium to large scale projects
- Revit proficiency (essential)
- A track record coordinating consultants and leading small teams
- Confidence managing project timelines
- Social housing experience is a strong plus, though not essential
