About This Role

Your recent role

As a Psychologist with Redland Psychology, you will deliver evidence-based assessment, formulation and intervention across acute medical, ICU and specialist outpatient services, supporting patients with diverse and complex health needs.

You will manage a varied caseload, contribute to clinical prioritisation and multidisciplinary care, and provide individual and group interventions. You will also contribute to clinical education, service development, quality improvement and research that enhances Psychology services and patient outcomes.

About You

You are a skilled and compassionate Psychologist who brings sound clinical judgement, strong communication and a commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care in complex healthcare settings.

- Deliver high-quality psychological assessment, formulation, intervention and evaluation across inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Prioritise and manage complex clinical caseloads, demonstrating sound judgement, effective time management and discharge planning.
- Collaborate confidently within multidisciplinary teams, providing clinical advice and building positive relationships with patients, carers and stakeholders.
- Contribute to clinical education, supervision,



professional development and the ongoing growth of Psychology services.
- Drive improvement through evidence-based practice, quality initiatives, research and innovative approaches to patient care.

with a diverse multidisciplinary skill mix and a strong focus on clinical excellence.
