We're looking for a provisional psychologist to join our psychology team in Liverpool.

Flex Allied Health has been part of the Liverpool community since 2017. We're a team of 18+ clinicians across psychology, behaviour support, OT, speech pathology, physio, exercise physiology, podiatry, dietetics and hydrotherapy, all working from one clinic. Many of our clients see more than one of us, so collaboration is part of how we work every day, not something saved for team meetings.

Supervision

Weekly one-to-one supervision with an experienced Board-approved supervisor is included and happens during work hours. You'll also have our registered psychologist and behaviour support practitioner on site for day-to-day questions and case discussion.

Your caseload

Our psychology referrals are already coming in faster than we can see them, so you'll be building your caseload from your first week. The work is mostly NDIS and private, across children, adolescents and adults:

- Cognitive, academic and ADHD assessments, with support on interpretation and report writing
- Therapy for emotional regulation, anxiety, autism, intellectual disability, psychosocial disability, social skills and parent coaching
- Functional assessments and behaviour support plans, alongside our behaviour support practitioner
- NDIS progress and plan review reports
- Some school and home visits,



mostly within 20 minutes of the clinic

Pay and conditions

- $85,000 to $95,000 FTE, pro rata, plus super
- A salaried role, with notes, reports, supervision and travel all in paid time
- 50% of PD costs reimbursed on course completion
- Part time, 3 days minimum, and we're open to full time for the right person
- Saturday is our main assessment day, so your roster will include Saturdays

After registration When you get general registration, you keep your clients, add Medicare, and move to a higher pay rate that we agree in writing before you start. You can build your career here without starting again somewhere else.

You'll suit this role if you

- Want assessment experience as well as a therapy caseload
- Work well independently and know when to ask for support
- Enjoy talking through cases with other clinicians
- Want to help grow a psychology team

You'll need

- Current provisional registration with AHPRA
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or the ability to get one) and a WWCC
- A driver's licence and access to a car
