Ganaji Contracting is seeking an experienced QA/QC Supervisor to join our construction team on a major industrial process plant construction project near Karratha, WA.

We are looking for a QA/QC professional with 7+ years' experience and a strong background in Oil &

- Gas, LNG, Mining, Process Plant, Resources or Heavy Industrial Construction.

Project Details

- Project Location: Karratha, WA
- Roster: 2:1 FIFO
- Karratha Local: DIDO available for Karratha residents
- POH: All State &
- Territory Capital Cities considered
- Employment: Full-time project work
- Hours: Approx. 70 hours per week
- Duration: 12+ months
- Mobilisation: Immediate
- Rate + Allowances + Superannuation (Weekly pay)
- RDO: 1 per swing (subject to project requirements)
- Breaks: Paid break applies when working over 10 hours

EXPERIENCE &
- REQUIREMENTS

- Demonstrated experience working on major construction or industrial projects.
- Construction experience in Oil &
- Gas, LNG, Mining, Process Plants, Resources or Heavy Industrial Construction.
- Minimum 7+ years'

experience in QA/QC, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Inspection &

- Test Plans (ITPs).
- Experience conducting and coordinating construction inspections, testing and quality surveillance.
- Experience managing witness points and hold points in accordance with approved ITPs.
- Experience identifying, documenting and managing non-conformances, NCRs, CARs and TQs.
- Experience reviewing subcontractor and supplier quality documentation.
- Experience maintaining quality records, inspection documentation and quality registers.
- Experience with punch list, defect closeout,



completion and handover documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and project requirements.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively with construction, engineering, subcontractor and project teams.

- Gas Test Atmospheres / Gas Test &
- Monitor - current
- EWP / High Risk Work Licence - WP
- Other relevant High Risk Work Licences
- Previous experience with Tier 1 EPC / EPCM / major project environments
- Relevant QA/QC or inspection certification
- Tickets and competencies must be current and valid where required for mobilisation and site access
