About the Role

Based in Brisbane, you'll work across a network of 30 offices throughout Queensland, providing practical coaching and training to real estate sales professionals.

Your role will include

- Delivering one-on-one and group coaching to sales agents.
- Supporting agents with prospecting, pipeline management, appraisals, listings and sales performance.
- Running engaging workshops and training sessions across key sales disciplines.
- Creating practical sales resources, scripts and training content.
- Working closely with Principals,



Sales Managers and business owners to identify and develop talent.
- Travelling across Queensland approximately 2–3 days per week, with occasional overnight stays.

This is a highly visible role where your credibility and success will come from real-world experience in the sales industry and your ability to create genuine, measurable change in the performance of others. What We're Looking For

- Proven Sales Agent with experience and a strong understanding of prospecting, listings, negotiations and the full sales process.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching and developing sales professionals
- Confidence presenting to groups and individuals.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, proactive and commercially minded approach.
- Holds a Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Agent Licence.
- Holds a current Queensland driver's licence and reliable vehicle
