Tringrove Industries is looking for an experienced Quarry Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our Tolosa quarry.
We’re looking for someone who is practical, hands-on and comfortable taking ownership of an operational site — managing people, plant, production and the day-to-day requirements of the quarry.
The role will include:
- Managing daily quarry operations and production
- Coordinating operators, plant and equipment
- Planning crushing, screening and material movements
- Managing stockpiles and product availability
- Maintaining a safe, organised and productive site
- Coordinating plant servicing, maintenance and breakdowns
- Managing incoming and outgoing material movements
- Supporting compliance, documentation and operational reporting
- Working closely with Tringrove's operations team
- Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and quarry performance
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous quarry, crushing, civil or similar heavy-industry experience
- Strong understanding of mobile plant and quarry operations
- Experience supervising or leading a crew
- Good organisational and communication skills
- A practical approach to solving problems
- Robust safety awareness
- Relevant plant tickets/licences highly regarded
