You’ll play a key role in

As Quality Manager, you’ll provide quality-system leadership, assurance and governance across our Sydney projects. You’ll establish practical, consistent processes that support right-first-time delivery, ensure quality obligations are met, and prepare projects for successful client handover.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans, procedures, registers and governance frameworks.
- Embed effective processes for inspections, testing, ITPs, hold points, quality records and close-out documentation.
- Lead the implementation and governance of Visibuild, including workflows, reporting, user access and document-control requirements.
- Coach and support project teams and subcontractors to build a proactive quality culture.
- Review subcontractor quality documentation and supporting evidence,



identifying and resolving gaps early.
- Manage audit, inspection and reporting programs, using insights to monitor compliance and address emerging quality risks.
- Lead the management of defects, non-conformances and corrective actions, including root-cause reviews and action close-out.
- Oversee quality requirements for completion, commissioning and handover, ensuring all client deliverables are complete and ready for submission.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, quality data and project feedback.

What you’ll bring You’re a proactive quality professional who brings structure, sound judgement and practical solutions to complex construction environments. You build strong relationships, communicate clearly and confidently influence others to achieve high-quality project outcomes.

- A tertiary qualification in construction management, engineering, building, quality management or a related discipline--or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in a quality, construction, engineering, commissioning or project-assurance role within commercial construction, fit-out, refurbishment or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, building codes,



contractual quality requirements and quality-management principles.
- Experience with quality-management and document-control platforms; Visibuild and Aconex experience will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to lead audits, manage quality risks and support effective project handover.
- A collaborative communication style, with the ability to coach, challenge and influence project teams and subcontractors.
- Current construction-industry safety credentials and site access requirements appropriate to the role.
