About the role

As a Real Estate Sales Assistant, you'll work closely with our sales team to help generate new business and support the day-to-day sales process. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and contributing to the growth of our new Truganina office.

Key responsibilities

- Prospecting for new business through phone calls, door knocking and database follow-up

- Working with our CRM and sales platforms to manage leads, client communication and prospecting activities

- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all prospecting activities are logged and followed up

- Booking appraisal appointments and qualifying buyer and seller enquiries

- Building relationships with prospective vendors and purchasers through consistent communication

- Assisting sales agents with prospecting campaigns and lead generation initiatives

- Supporting open homes, private inspections and auction campaigns

- Following up with buyers and vendors throughout the sales process

- Assisting with listing presentations, contracts and general sales administration

- Coordinating appointments and helping ensure a seamless client experience
