About the role

Remedial Massage Therapists will deliver personalised remedial massage treatments in a beautifully designed spa conveniently located at the front of Target, Sunbury Square. You will work with clients to assess their needs, discuss treatment goals, obtain informed consent and maintain accurate client records. You will create a professional, comfortable and welcoming experience for every client while building ongoing client relationships and contributing to a caring team.

Key responsibilities

- Assessing clients' needs and delivering personalised remedial massage treatments.
- Discussing treatment goals, obtaining informed consent and maintaining accurate client records.
- Providing appropriate aftercare advice within your scope of practice.
- Creating a professional, comfortable and welcoming experience for every client.
- Performing daily shop cleaning and maintenance, including preparing treatment rooms, laundry, vacuuming, mopping, emptying bins and keeping shared areas clean and organised.




- Monitoring stock levels, organising supplies, replenishing treatment-room essentials and notifying the supervisor when items need reordering.
- Reporting equipment faults or maintenance needs promptly.
- Working collaboratively with the team to support smooth daily spa operations.

About you

- Hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage and have current health fund provider numbers.
- Valid Australian working rights.
- Strong communication and client-care skills.
- A qualified, reliable and respectful approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to share daily cleaning, shop upkeep and stock-monitoring responsibilities.
