About the role

As a Manager, you will play a key role in driving excellence across Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value (QSC&V;). You will lead, coach and develop our crew and management team while ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong operational standards. These roles offer the prospect to take ownership of restaurant performance, develop your leadership capability and contribute to the continued growth of our business.

For Restaurant Manager applicants, you will take greater ownership of the overall restaurant's performance, including financial performance, budgeting and profitability, setting clear business goals, targets and action plans, monitoring key performance metrics, leading the management team through department planning and performance reviews, and developing strategies to drive sales growth and sustainable business results.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and coach crew and management teams to deliver outstanding QSC&V; and customer experiences
- Drive operational excellence through the McDonald's PACE cycle and continuous improvement
- Develop and support your team through training, feedback,



performance management and succession planning
- Ensure strong food safety, workplace safety and operational compliance
- Support workforce planning, rostering and labour management
- Implement local initiatives that build sales, guest counts and community engagement
- Work collaboratively with your management team to achieve restaurant goals and create a high-performing culture

About you

- Strong leadership, communication and people-development skills

- A positive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to continually improve
- The flexibility to meet the operational needs of the restaurant
- Must have the right to work in Australia, visa sponsorship considered for Australian based applicants
- Hold a valid Australian Drivers License and have access to a car
