Role Description
We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our Gold Coast Pop-Up team.
This role is suited to individuals who thrive in a quick-paced retail environment and take pride in delivering a high level of customer service. You will play a key role in executing the day-to-day operations of the store, supporting sales performance, and ensuring the store consistently reflects the Mode Mischief brand.
You will work closely with the Store Manager and wider team to deliver a seamless and elevated in-store experience
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a premium customer experience by providing thoughtful, attentive, and personalised service
- Support the achievement of daily and weekly sales targets through strong product knowledge and confident selling
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Assist with replenishment, folding, steaming, and general floor maintenance to ensure the store is always well presented
- Support opening and closing procedures as required
- Assist with stock organisation, inventory handling, and back-of-house upkeep
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently through the point-of-sale system
- Work collaboratively with the wider retail team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Represent the Mode Mischief brand with professionalism, energy, and integrity at all times
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong personal presentation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- A team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to tasks
