About the Role

FUEL POINT PTY LTD is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Retail Supervisor to join our team. This role is central to ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of our retail environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Overseeing day-to-day customer service operations to maintain high standards of service and product quality.
- Handling customer feedback, concerns, and service-related issues, and taking appropriate steps to resolve them effectively.
- Organising staff rosters, allocating responsibilities, and coordinating employee duties according to operational requirements.
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, training, performance assessment, and ongoing supervision of employees while addressing workplace concerns.
- Monitoring sales procedures and staff practices,



including providing guidance on complex customer transactions and handling product returns appropriately.
- Conducting stock checks, arranging replenishment orders, and ensuring products are accurately priced, presented, and managed in accordance with workplace safety and security procedures.

- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
