Shotland Consulting has been excclusively engaged by Centuria Capital to recruit a newly created role in the Treasury function.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Treasury Analyst / Senior Treasury Analyst to join a high-performing Treasury team within a diversified investment and property funds management environment, namely Centuria Capital (ASX:CNI)

This is a broad, hands-on role providing exposure across the full debt lifecycle — from sourcing and structuring new debt and supporting transaction execution, through to portfolio monitoring, risk management, settlement and treasury systems administration.

Working across a diverse portfolio of listed and unlisted funds, you will partner closely with Treasury, Finance, Fund Management, Capital Transactions, banking partners and external advisers.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Transactions & Execution

- Assist with sourcing and structuring debt for acquisitions, refinancings and facility extensions.

- Support lender tender processes, assessing appetite, pricing, tenor and facility terms.

- Assist with facility negotiations and end-to-end transaction execution, including settlement and management of settlement risk.

- Work collaboratively with Finance, Capital Transactions, Fund Managers, banks and external legal advisers.

Debt Portfolio & Risk Management

- Monitor refinancing requirements and upcoming debt maturities across the portfolio.

- Support interest-rate risk management and hedging activities, including swaps, caps and other derivatives.

- Assist with derivative pricing, monitoring and reporting.

- Monitor debt covenant requirements, including LVR and ICR, and support the Group's stress-testing program.

Treasury Management Systems

- Maintain the Treasury Management System across deal, derivative and line-fee administration.

- Manage rate-set entries, confirmations and monthly system maintenance.

- Assist with the deactivation of business units following asset sales.

- Ensure treasury data remains accurate and up to date.

Compliance,



Reporting & Administration

- Coordinate bank valuation undertakings, including tracking lender timelines and verifying reliance and validity.

- Support annual compliance-pack processes, reviewing compliance certificates against finance agreements and distributing documentation to financiers.

- Manage Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) creation and maintenance.

- Coordinate annual insurance and Certificate of Currency renewals.

- Generate treasury reports covering MTM, facility utilisation, drawdowns, securities and other portfolio information.

- Maintain accurate treasury documentation and electronic filing across SharePoint.

- Support board reporting, board memorandums and treasury-fee tracking.

About You

We are seeking a commercially minded Treasury professional with circa 3–5 years' relevant experience gained within a corporate, real estate, banking or financial institution environment.

You will ideally bring:

- A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business/Commerce, Finance Law or a related discipline.

- Exposure to secured lending, financing documentation and security arrangements.

- Understanding of interest-rate risk management and hedging products, including swaps and caps.

- Strong analytical and numerical capability, with exceptional attention to detail.

- Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with treasury management systems.

- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.

- The ability to build effective relationships with banks, legal advisers, fund managers and senior stakeholders.

- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a transaction-focused environment.

Progressing towards a CA, CFA, MBA, Masters in Applied Finance or similar postgraduate qualification will be viewed favourably.
