Our client is an Australian-owned, award-winning non-bank lender. Their commercial division launched 18 months ago, is backed by serious parent-company funding, and is now expanding nationally. This is a newly approved Melbourne seat.

- You start with a book. Half the Victorian commercial broker network transfers to you on day one, plus a dedicated allocation of key accounts. No cold territory.
- You can write the deal. Commercial loans to $15M across Full Doc, Alt Doc, Lease Doc and SMSF, with pricing backed by institutional funding and accreditation across every major aggregator panel.
- You get credit that answers. The commercial credit team is led by an eight-year veteran of one of Australia's largest commercial specialists. Rapid turnarounds, real workshopping.
- You are paid for performance. 30% of base at target, up to 50% above it, paid annually.

WHO YOU ARE





- Fluent Mandarin is essential for this role - it is non-negotiable, because a significant share of the broker network operates in it.
- Beyond that: a proven BDM in third-party lending, from a non-bank or a comparable business-banking structure.
- You know commercial structuring well enough that brokers call you before they call credit.
- You have live Victorian broker relationships and a settlement record you are happy to talk through.
- And you hunt - this is a $140M Year 1 book, and nobody will be watching your calendar.
