Making Progress Pty Ltd is focused on providing individualised and person-centred community support and homecare, in the Townsville region. We seek community support workers who possess the experience and passion for caring for people who are ageing and / or living with a disability and / or chronic degenerative neurological condition.

Applicants must meet all of the following criteria prior to or in readiness for the induction process:

- Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged or Disability Care

- A Current Australian Federal Police or Queensland National Police Check

- A current and valid Australian drivers licence

- A roadworthy and registered vehicle

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to work in Australia

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- Blue Card (Working With Children)

- Yellow Card (Employer Screening)

The successful applicants will receive ongoing personal development and training with access to our online learning platform, experienced in-house Registered Nurses & Occupational Therapists.

Students currently studying health related fields are encouraged to apply.
