ABOUT THE COMPANY

TwoScots are partnering with a leading Australian retail group to recruit an experienced eCommerce Manager to join their growing online team. This 12 month mat leave contract is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established retail eCommerce website during a key trading period, with robust potential for the role to become permanent.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Own the day-to-day trading and performance of the eCommerce website
- Drive online sales, conversion and performance against weekly and monthly targets
- Manage product, pricing, promotional activity and onsite merchandising




- Analyse website performance and optimise the customer journey to drive growth
- Manage CRM/eDM activity and work with agencies across SEM, SEO, Google and Meta

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

- Proven experience in an eCommerce trading or eCommerce management role
- Strong commercial focus with experience driving online sales and conversion
- Hands-on experience managing an eCommerce website, ideally Shopify / Shopify Plus
- Retail or product-based eCommerce experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of digital performance, CRM/eDM, SEM and website analytics
