About the role

A1 Gippsland Septic Tanks is looking for a hard-working labourer to join their team in Drouin. The role involves production work with a focus on precast concrete operations.

Key responsibilities

- Precast concrete production work

- Forklift operation (current licence preferred or willingness to gain one)

- Work under pressure and prioritise workloads

- Work autonomously and use initiative to organise workload to ensure deadlines are met

- Comply with company policies and procedures

- Produce high-quality results

About you

- Experience in precast concrete (preferred but not essential), or a willingness to learn and develop

- A team player with a positive attitude

- Have a can-do attitude and hands-on approach

- Reliable and punctual to all shifts





- Current forklift licence preferred or willingness to gain one

- Truck Licence would be an advantage

- Sound verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to think outside the square
