Are you an experienced Legal Assistant with private practice experience looking for your next opportunity within a highly regarded commercial law firm?

This is an excellent opportunity for an intermediate Legal Assistant to join a busy Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, offering exposure to a broad range of commercial disputes and complex legal matters.

Your responsibilities would be:
Your responsibilities would include preparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, contracts and agreements, managing dictation, maintaining files and diaries, coordinating travel, communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, electronic filing and file archiving. You would also be responsible for timesheet entry, billing and client account preparation,



alongside general administrative support to the wider team.

Do you have the following skillset?
The successful candidate will have previous Legal Assistant experience within private practice, strong organisational and communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Litigation experience and knowledge of Expert software would be advantageous, but are not essential. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys variety, works proactively and takes pride in delivering a high level of support.
