Work in Regional - Narrabri(NSW)

We are seeking an experienced console operator and Junior Barista or cook to join our dynamic team at Narrabri. In this casual role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store located in Narrabri, NSW 2390. As the Console Operator and , you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our store with great customer service, while also driving sales and providing excellent customer service.

What you'll be doing

- Manage all aspects of store stock, including filling cool room and freezer

- Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers

- Ensure the store meets all safety and compliance standards

- Actively participate in community and promotional events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement





What we're looking for

- Minimum 1 years of experience in a customer service and stock management

- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, cleanliness

- Excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of driving sales

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with retail technology and point-of-sale systems

- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
