bigger store - creating an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to lead the team through this next chapter.

You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the new space, elevate the customer experience and bring your own leadership style to an already established and positive team.

Your Role

As Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front and take ownership of the boutique by:

- Inspiring & Developing: Coach, mentor and empower your team to deliver exceptional styling experiences and achieve robust results.
- Creating Beautiful Experiences: Ensure every customer feels welcomed, confident and valued through genuine, personalised service.
- Bringing the Brand to Life: Maintain high visual merchandising standards and help create an inspiring new store environment.
- Driving Performance: Lead your team to achieve sales targets, celebrate success and build a positive, collaborative culture.
- Leading the Change: Take your team on the journey into the new, larger store and help make the transition a success.
