Job Description

- Salary up to $110,000 + super, depending on experience

This is expansion, not replacement.
The Speech Pathology team has continued to grow because demand for services is increasing,



and the organisation is now looking for another experienced Speech Pathologist who can bring both solid clinical capability and leadership to the team.

You'll be joining an established multidisciplinary allied health provider in with 3 full-time and 3 part-time Speech Pathologists already in the team, established referral streams and an existing waitlist.

The caseload is already there.

What they need now is another experienced clinician who can work alongside their current Senior Speech Pathologist and help provide an additional layer of clinical support as the team continues to expand.

Clinical Directors Who Understand the Job: One of the biggest differences here is that the Clinical Directors are not completely removed from what happens day to day.

They are hands-on, accessible and understand the realities of being a clinician balancing appointments, documentation, travel, complex participants, family expectations and the pressures that can come with working in community Allied Health.

You do not need leadership experience for this role. Just a friendly attitude and adequate experience
