About the position

Our client is looking for an experienced Dentist to join our clients' team across two busy clinics in Ballina and Lismore.

You will be taking over the established books of a departing full-time Dentist who has maintained a consistently full appointment schedule for several years.



This means you can step into an active patient base with strong existing demand rather than having to build your books from the ground up.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of dentistry, including:

- General examinations and preventative care
- Composite fillings and restorative dentistry
- Dental crowns and bridges
- Root canal therapy
- Tooth extractions
- Teeth whitening and cosmetic treatments
- Emergency dentistry
- Patient education and long-term oral health management

Mentorship and clinical support are available for Dentists who would like to strengthen their confidence in selected procedures or continue expanding their clinical skill set.

The core roster is Monday to Friday, with a rotating Monday-to-Thursday schedule every second week. Additional weekend sessions may also be available across the two clinics for candidates seeking extra flexibility.
