About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Chief Sonographer to lead and support a team of Sonographers in a busy, high-standard clinic environment. As the clinical and operational lead, you will oversee daily ultrasound operations, ensure scanning protocols are upheld, and play a key role in training, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines clinical scanning with team oversight—ideal for a Sonographer looking to take the next step in their leadership career while maintaining a connection to clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate the day-to-day ultrasound operations
- Perform high-quality diagnostic scans across a range of modalities (General, MSK, Obs, Gynae, and Vascular)
- Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to junior and mid-level Sonographers
- Maintain compliance with imaging protocols and regulatory standards




- Work closely with radiologists, clinic managers, and referring clinicians to support patient care
- Contribute to workflow efficiency and service excellence initiatives

Key Requirements:

- ASAR-accredited Sonographer
- Extensive experience in a broad range of ultrasound modalities
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience within a sonography team
- Exceptional communication and team-building skills
- A commitment to maintaining clinical standards and a patient-first approach
- Ability to work confidently in a busy, inner-city private clinic
