Are you organised, confident on the phone and enjoy working with customers?

Security Plus is looking for a friendly and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a varied, customer-facing role where you will play an important part in keeping our Sales Team organised, coordinating appointments and ensuring customers receive a professional and positive experience.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so strong communication skills, attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative are essential.

What you'll be doing

- Coordinating customer appointments and managing Sales Managers' calendars.

- Proactively following up with customers after sales appointments.

- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.

- Welcoming customers and visitors to our showroom.

- Providing administrative and coordination support to the Sales Team.

- Maintaining accurate customer records and appointment information in our CRM system.

- Keeping the showroom professionally presented and assisting with display updates.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, takes ownership of their work and can confidently manage multiple priorities. Ideally, you will bring:





- Experience in sales support, customer service, reception or a similar role.

- Confidence picking up the phone, making outbound calls and following up with customers.

- Strong organisation skills and experience managing appointments and calendars.

- A professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.

- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow tasks through to completion.

- Confidence using Microsoft Office, email and CRM systems.

Previous experience in a call centre or showroom setting would be advantageous, but is not essential. Experience using Insyte would also be beneficial.

We are looking for someone who will take pride in supporting our team, building positive customer relationships and contributing to the smooth running of our sales operations.

Working arrangement

This is a part-time position. Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8.00am -4.00pm and Saturdays 9.00am - 12.30pm
