ClearHire is building a talent pool of experienced Multi-Skilled Plant Operators for upcoming civil construction, infrastructure and earthworks projects across Adelaide and surrounding areas.

If you're experienced on excavators, dump trucks, loaders, rollers, water carts, skid steers, telehandlers or other civil plant, we want to hear from you.

We're especially interested in operators who can jump between different machines, work safely, and contribute to productive crews delivering quality civil projects.

Whether your background is in civil construction, subdivisions, drainage, roadworks, utilities, bulk earthworks, infrastructure or mining support, there may be an chance that suits your experience.

What You'll Be Doing Depending on the project, duties may include:

- Bulk earthworks and excavation
- Trenching and drainage installation
- Loading trucks and moving materials
- Working around underground services
- Site preparation and construction support
- Final trim and detailed machine work
- GPS machine-controlled operations
- Daily pre-starts and equipment inspections
- Maintaining safe and efficient work practices

Essential Requirements

- Australian working rights




- Construction White Card
- Relevant plant tickets, VOCs or licences
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Demonstrated operating experience
- Strong safety awareness
- Reliable work ethic and positive attitude

Highly Regarded
- GPS machine control (Trimble, Topcon or Leica)
- Final trim experience
- Drainage and trenching experience
- HR Licence
- HC Licence
- MC Licence
- Experience operating multiple machine types
