Anila Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Not for Profit Outside of School Hours Care and Early Years provider that supports families and the local community across Greater Western Sydney and the Hills District.

Role details:

- Full-time position – 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Before School Care hours: 7am – 9:00am
- After School Care hours: 2:00pm – 6:30pm
- $38–$45 per hour + superannuation
- Out-of-ratio hours provided, offering flexibility and a healthy work–life balance

About the Service:

- Licensed for 165 places, you will be supported by the Co-ordinator
- The organisation will support you to complete your Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, including paid study leave
- Robust focus on professional development, training, and ongoing upskilling
- Well-established, positive relationships with families and the wider community
- Inclusive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture

About You:

- Experience working in Outside of School Hours Care or Early Years Education
- A genuine passion for mentoring, supporting,



and developing educators
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Qualification in Early Years Education and Care and/or Outside of School Hours Care (desirable but not essential)
- Current First Aid, Working With Children Check, and Identify and Respond to Young People at Risk
- Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
- Motivated, ambitious, and eager to continue growing professionally
