Are you an experienced Outside of School Hours Care leader ready to take ownership of a large service and strengthen your operational and compliance expertise within a stable Not for Profit organisation?

Anila Recruitment is partnering with a respected Not for Profit OSHC provider servicing Western Sydney. The organisation is known for its structured support, professional development pathways, and strong partnerships with local school communities.

Role details:

- 33 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
- Before School Care: 7:00am – 10:00am
- After School Care: 2:00pm – 6:30pm
- $42 per hour (inclusive of split shift allowance) + superannuation

About the Service:

- Licensed for 170 children
- Established leadership structure including an NS, 2x 2ICs, and permanent Educators (minimal reliance on casual staff)
- Dedicated OSHC space within the school
- Solid, collaborative relationship with the school and local community
- Supportive environment with a clear focus on development and upskilling

About You:

- Experience working in Outside School Hours Care or Early Years Education




- Confident leading operations, compliance, and day-to-day service delivery
- Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
- Strong organisational and leadership capability
- Motivated to continue developing professionally within a structured organisation
