Alpha Abilities Care is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing paediatric therapy team across Sydney. We have built our service around supporting clinicians to deliver great therapy. With dedicated administration, scheduling and billing support, structured supervision, protected non-clinical time and no billable KPI targets, our clinicians are able to focus on what they do best: helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities:





- Deliver evidence-based speech pathology assessments and interventions to children with a range of communication needs.

- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans that support meaningful outcomes for children and their families.

- Provide therapy across a variety of community settings including homes, schools and childcare environments.

- Collaborate with families, educators and members of our multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, holistic support.

- Monitor participant progress and adapt intervention strategies to maximise outcomes.

- Complete clinical documentation, reports and progress notes in accordance with professional and organisational standards.

- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning through professional development, supervision and multidisciplinary collaboration.

- NO BILLABLE KPI’S! - Clinical expectations designed to support quality therapy, not unrealistic billable targets.

- Base salary from $85,000 to $100,000 (experience dependent) + Super + Company Vehicle + Annual professional development budget plus paid PD leave.

- Company vehicle available for both work and personal use

- Fortnightly supervision with a highly experienced Senior Speech Pathologist plus fortnightly Speech Pathology team meetings to support ongoing clinical development and collaboration

- Dedicated admin,



scheduling and billing team to eliminate non-clinical admin.

- No need to find your own clients and schedule them. Our admin team manage cancellations and diary coordination so you can focus on delivering therapy.

- No need to manage invoicing, claiming or payment administration. Our dedicated accounts team takes care of it for you.

- Dedicated non-clinical time allocated for report writing, note completion and therapy planning.

What you’ll need to succeed -

- Bachelor's/master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.

- Registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Flexibility to travel to various locations within your designated territory.

- Valid working with children check.

- Valid driver's license.
