Full Job Description

OVERVIEW:

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join a well-respected client of ours. This person will oversee a well-maintained mixed portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Experienced Commercial Property Manager or Senior looking for the next step in their career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- End-to-end management of a mixed portfolio
- Liaise with tenants, landlords and stakeholders with exceptional service
- Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears
- Provide strategic asset management advice where required
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior property management staff

CRITERIA:

- Current valid property registration
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Manager
- Preferred proficiency with Cirrrus8 software
- Strong understanding of lease structures and property legislation
- Clear and skilled written and verbal communication skills




- High attention to detail and great organisational skills
