St Peter’s College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne’s south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and forward-thinking candidates for the position of IT Manager. This role is full time and ongoing and will lead our multi-campus technology operations working dynamically across the College’s Cranbourne and Clyde North Campuses. The successful candidate will act as the trusted advisor to College Leadership supporting the Annual Improvement Plan, whilst managing the College’s digital infrastructure, service desk operations and maintaining tight cybersecurity protocols.

Our ideal candidate:

- Can lead and develop a team of dedicated IT professionals

- Delivers exceptional service to stakeholders, including staff, students & parents/carers

- Will develop, implement, and oversee the College’s ICT strategy, roadmap, and annual operational plans to align with educational goals.

- Has the relevant qualifications and experience to undertake the role

- Has superior communication and organizational skills (verbal and written)





- Identifies opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

- Demonstrates ability to build partnerships with a range of stakeholders (both external and internal) to achieve optimal outcomes.

- Is competent in audio visual and digital technologies.

Experience working in a school setting would be well regarded but is not essential.

The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold both of Working With Children Check (Employment) and a National Police Check.

Salary

In accordance with the Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Agreement 2022, the salary range for a Category A, Education Support Employee Grade 6 is $124,877 – $143,284.
