We are seeking two passionate and dedicated Cooks (Kitchen & Pastry) to join our culinary team and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated individual who:

- Has a genuine passion for food preparation and presentation.

- Demonstrates excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Maintains high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.

- Works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Shows flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

- Takes pride in delivering consistent quality and exceptional guest experiences.

- Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

- Can follow recipes, portion controls, and kitchen procedures accurately.

Qualification

- Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Demonstrated experience in pastry production within a hotel, restaurant, bakery,



or commercial kitchen environment.

- Solid knowledge of pastry preparation, baking techniques, food presentation, and dessert production.

- Previous experience as a Cook, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.

- Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.

- Understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

- Full working rights in Australia.

- A current Food Handling Certificate is advantageous.
