Under the leadership of Chef Josh Niland, the restaurant has become known for its cutting-edge and sustainable approach to cooking with seafood, redefining how fish is sourced, prepared, and experienced. Highlighting that we are seeking bartenders and waiters for our Saint Peter Bar which is a casual A-La-Carte offering, alongside our Main Dining Room, too. We are seeking front-of-house professionals at multiple levels to join our team.

Requirements:

- Exceptional service skills and commitment to guest focused culture.

- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.

- Great organisational and time management skills.

- Exceptional communication and presentation.

- Proactive and strong work ethic.

- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.

- Must hold a current NSW RSA Certificate.

- Proof of current Australian working rights.

- Fluent English language proficiency.

- Positive attitude towards hospitality and teamwork.
