Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist Launceston, TAS | Workplace Rehabilitation - Up to $120,000 depending on experience

Henderson Healthcare is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity in Launceston with a leading workplace rehabilitation provider. This role would suit an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist who is passionate about supporting people through injury recovery and helping clients achieve meaningful return-to-work outcomes.

About the Role In this position, you’ll work with individuals who have experienced work-related or non-work-related injuries or illness, providing assessment, rehabilitation and case management support tailored to their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assessing clients’ rehabilitation and treatment needs and developing appropriate strategies to support their recovery
- Supporting clients to return to meaningful work and everyday activities
- Conducting a range of assessments based on your clinical expertise, including functional capacity, workplace, ergonomic and activities of daily living assessments




- Identifying suitable employment or training pathways by considering clients’ transferable skills, qualifications and interests
- Managing a caseload and coordinating each client’s progress towards their return-to-work goals
- Working closely with employers, insurers, medical professionals and other key stakeholders
- Building strong professional relationships and contributing to positive outcomes for both clients and organisations

About You To be considered, you’ll need:

- A relevant tertiary qualification
- Current professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA (for AEPs)
- A Working with Children Check
- The ability to obtain a National Criminal History Check
