Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse commercial property portfolio and deliver exceptional facilities management services to key clients.
Your New Role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards while delivering excellent client and tenant outcomes.
Key responsibilities:

- Managing the day-to-day facilities operations across a commercial property portfolio.
- Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Managing contractor performance, service agreements, and vendor relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with all statutory, regulatory, WHS, and building requirements.
- Preparing and managing operational and facilities budgets.
- Conducting regular property inspections and risk assessments.
- Coordinating minor works, capital projects, and asset life cycle planning.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Managing emergency response procedures and business continuity plans.
- Monitoring service delivery against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Producing regular reports on maintenance, compliance, financial performance, and operational activities.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this position,



you will possess:

- Previous experience in Facilities Management within a commercial property environment.
- Strong knowledge of building services including HVAC, electrical, fire, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience managing contractors and multiple service providers.
- Sound understanding of Australian WHS legislation and building compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control operational expenditure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facilities management software systems.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
