As General Manager, this is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving the performance and operational excellence of a substantial Western Australian portfolio. You will take overall responsibility for the day to day operation and commercial performance of the business. Reporting to the executive group leadership team, you will be a highly visible leader, setting the standard for service while building meaningful relationships with client and developing a capable, engaged team.

Key responsibilities include

- Leading operational performance across multiple hotel sites - ensuring financial, safety, quality and service objectives are achieved.
- Contributing to strategic planning and supporting business growth initiatives.
- Managing budgets, forecasting, cost control and portfolio profitability.
- Driving operational efficiency through process improvement, systems management and compliance oversight.
- Resolving operational challenges and implementing practical solutions.
- Managing key client relationships, negotiations and stakeholder engagement.
- Leading, mentoring and developing operational leaders and site management teams.
- Travelling regularly across the portfolio to support teams, monitor performance and maintain operational standards.





About you

- 7+ years' leadership experience in hospitality, contracting services or a similar multi-site operational environment.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning
- Strong commercial acumen and experience managing operational budgets and performance.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to contribute strategically at an executive level.
- Willingness to travel interstate if required.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Operations Management or a related discipline.
