Calling all Trackworkers for Perth Metro and FIFO opportunities.

On Track Recruitment is seeking experienced Trackworkers / Rail Labourers for upcoming rail work within Perth Metro and FIFO Opportunities. We work across a range of rail projects throughout WA, connecting experienced rail workers with shutdown, project and ongoing opportunities. You’ll assist with the maintenance and repair of rail track infrastructure, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards. You’ll work as part of a team in a variety of environments, including remote locations and all-weather conditions, helping to keep Australia’s rail network safe and operational.

The Work Will Include:

- Clipping and unclipping rail
- Working in front of and behind excavators
- De-stressing and re-sleepering dual gauge concrete sleepers
- General track maintenance and labouring
- Manual handling of rail materials
- Assisting plant operators and other track crew members
- Following all rail and site safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience:



Previous track work / rail labouring experience.
- Rail Competencies: Current ARC Infrastructure Supervised Worker (SW), RIW and PTA Supervised Worker accreditation.
- Medical: Current Category 3 Rail Medical highly desirable, or willingness and ability to obtain.
- Qualifications: White Card and Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure. HR/HC/MC licences and relevant plant tickets will be highly regarded.
- Physically fit and comfortable undertaking hands-on work and long shifts.
- Strong commitment to safety and ability to work effectively as part of a rail crew.
- Ability to perform in rapid-paced project environments and adapt to changing priorities and site requirements.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
