Our client is a fast-growing, multi-channel business across wholesale, retail, e-commerce and international markets, and are looking for a commercially sharp Supply Chain Optimisation Manager to drive their next phase of growth.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role: you'll own the Supply Chain Improvement Roadmap, run the monthly S&OP; process end-to-end, and lead change across freight, fulfilment, inventory and 3PL performance, using data and AI-driven analysis to turn insight into commercial action.

You'll:

- Own and run monthly S&OP;, chairing the cross-functional forum
- Optimise freight, fulfilment and inventory deployment across channels
- Lead commercial reviews and negotiations with 3PL and logistics partners
- Turn analysis into business cases and drive initiatives through to implementation
- Apply AI/advanced analytics to forecasting, scenario modelling and network optimisation




- Partner across Merchandise, Finance, Sales and Warehouse to influence senior decision-making

You'll bring:

- Solid supply chain/logistics experience with a transformation (not just BAU) track record
- Commercial acumen — comfortable with data, financial modelling and business cases
- 3PL management and freight/fulfilment know-how
- S&OP; or business planning experience
- Confidence leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority
