We're partnering with a regional hospital in Queensland find an experienced Pharmacist for a short-term contract role.
Please note, this position is not suitable for interns or international candidates.

- $70-$80 per hour + super, depending on experience

The role
You'll be delivering clinical pharmacy services across a range of inpatient wards, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support safe and effective patient care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical and rehabilitation wards / Dispensary rotation
- Medication reconciliation,
reviews and discharge counselling
- Admissions and discharge planning
- Participation in ward rounds and collaboration with medical, nursing and allied health teams
- Supporting day-to-day pharmacy operations and patient care initiatives
What you'll need
- Full AHPRA registration - we don't do any intern roles.
- Robust communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
