Our front of house staff are more than just a welcoming face, they are responsible for the every day running’s of the barber shop! It is a very fast paced role/setting and is best suited to someone who is a gun at multi tasking, extremely organised and shines under pressure during those peak busy periods. We thrive on our fast paced environment while making sure we are always having fun!

What we’re looking for in you?

- Confidence to educate and recommend retail products to walk in customers (training provided)

- A customer service superstar with a fun & outgoing personality! Greeting & serving customers, walk in retail sales, general enquiries etc.

- Confidence in assisting your store manager to lead a large team of barbers.

- A hunger to smash daily targets & KPI’s.

- Roster flexibility - This position requires full availability every Thursday and Saturday and is non-negotiable. More hours will be available when covering sick and annual leave periods as well as during in demand peak times over Easter & Christmas.
