Cancer Care Foundation (CCF) was established in 2018 as a not-for-profit charity organization dedicated to one transparent purpose - creating the much-needed practical support for cancer patients to ease and improve their treatment journey so their energies are focused on getting well.

CCF manages clinical trials at multiple centres across Australia, with our Head Office located in Miranda NSW. Due to the growth of our clinical trials business, CCF requires a Clinical Trial Coordinator at our Wollongong centre who will play a key role in oncology clinical trials. You will be responsible for ensuring that clinical trials are executed in strict accordance with study-specific protocols, GCP standards, and organizational guidelines. You will work closely with a diverse team of doctors, nurses, clinical project managers, pharmacists, clinical trial coordinators, data managers, sponsor teams, and clinical research associates.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

- Australian work rights are required for this position, as is a Police Check .

- A minimum of 1 year experience working in a clinical trials environment, ideally as a Clinical Trial Coordinator, with a solid understanding of clinical research and GCP.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,



with the ability to collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders within a multidisciplinary environment.

- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills, with a professional, reliable, and punctual approach to work.

- Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and business needs to meet project deadlines, both autonomously and supporting colleagues.

- A high level of ownership and accountability for clinical trial execution, with the initiative to resolve issues and find solutions.

- Familiarity with ethics and governance processes and competence in preparing and submitting trial documentation is an advantage.

- Experience with clinical assessment techniques (e.g., vital signs, ECG, venipuncture) and laboratory procedures (e.g., blood and urine processing, centrifugation, pipetting) is strongly preferred. Note, training is provided.

- Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic case report forms, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is an advantage.

- A tertiary qualification in medical, life sciences, nursing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

- Some travel is preferred but not mandatory.
